My name is Evan Lewis, and I am the owner and clinician of Olomana Mobile Physical Therapy LLC. Born and raised in Kailua, Hawai‘i, I’m proud to bring my experience and passion for physical therapy back to the community that shaped me. I am a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedics (OCS) since 2020, with 9 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic care across both Washington State and Hawai‘i. Throughout my career, I recognized limitations within traditional clinic models that often made it difficult to deliver the level of personalized care and outcomes patients truly deserve. Since 2022, I have been practicing as a mobile physical therapist, allowing me to provide one-on-one, high-quality care in the comfort of each patient’s home. This model removes many of the common barriers to care—such as third-party pre-authorizations, physician referral requirements, and insurance limitations—so treatment can focus entirely on what matters most: helping you move better, feel better, and get back to doing what you love.
